مثال بسيط: بتشتغل على منصة E-commerce، ولاحظت إن الناس بتوصل لصفحة الدفع لكن مفيش conversion! ممكن يكون الزرار مش واضح؟ فيه friction في الفورم؟ السعر النهائي مفاجئ للمستخدم؟ بدل ما نرمي حلول وخلاص، بنبدأ باختبارات صغيرة ونرصد الأرقام—ممكن تكتشف إن مجرد تبسيط خطوة واحدة زي حجم زرار معين أو تغير مكانه كان كفيل يحل المشكلة. ليه ده مهم؟ تصميمك مش مجرد شكل حلو، لازم يشتغل فعليًا. والداتا هي المفتاح.
