Stakeholder Interview – Key Questions

Before diving into UX strategy, ask stakeholders:

1. What device types are we designing for?

2. What languages will the product support? (More languages = higher costs.)

3. Should the product be responsive? (Impacts development cost.)

4. Is there a developer on the team, and can I connect with them?

5. What’s the current project status? (New, ongoing, or needing modifications?)

6. What modules are included, and will we design all of them?

7. Are there any references, competitors, or inspirations you like?

Tip: Always ask for permission to record meetings or take structured notes.

Presenting Your Proposal

When submitting your UX proposal, include:

• Introduction – Brief about yourself and your role.

• Project Timeline – Estimated time for completion.

• Key Focus Areas – What you’ll prioritize in the UX process.

• Payment Terms – Preferred method and structure.

لازم تخلي بالك من :
• إن يبقي في alignment مع ال business goals الخاصه بالمنتج.
• تحسن التعاون والتفاعل ما بين كل الteams ال شغاله ع المنتج .
• إزاي توجه ال ROI (Return Of Investment) من خلال قرارات اساسها هو ال user.

بعد ما تظبط دنيتك هيبقي ف Stakeholder interview وهنا في نقط مهمه لازم دايما تبقي موجودة ف أسئلتك:

1- إي ال Device type ال هنشتغل عليه؟
2- إي اللغة المطلوبة؟ ( لو للغتين أو اكتر فدي تكلفه زياده).
3- هل هو responsive؟! ( تكلفه زياده ).
4- في developer شغال معاك ولو ممكن توصلني بيه؟
5- حالة المشروع اي هل هو في أوله ولا في النص ولا هنعدل عليه ولو هنعدل هنعدل إي بالظبط؟
6- أي ال modules ال هتبقي فية وهل هنعمل كل ال في الموديل؟
7- هل في reference أو منافس أو حاجه عجباك حتي لو مش هنعمل زيها بس أنا حابب أعرف رؤيتك إيه؟!
